Cookie Policy
Effective date: October 13, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Brand Managers Dakdan LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on BrandManagers.ai, BrandManagers.news, BrandManagers.tv, BrandManagers.blog, BrandManagers.io, BrandManagers.tech, BrandManagers.us.com, and Brand Managers Magazine. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files stored on your browser or device. We also use similar technologies, including pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and device identifiers, and we refer to all of them as “cookies.”
2. Why We Use Cookies
| Category | Purpose | Examples | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Log in, keep your session, remember your plan, process checkout, protect against fraud, balance server load | Session and authentication tokens, security tokens, cart and entitlement state | Always on |
| Preferences | Remember settings such as language, saved filters, resume-learning position, and cookie choices | Preference and consent cookies | Optional |
| Analytics and performance | Measure visits, search, course starts and completions, downloads, errors, and speed across our sites | Web analytics, session measurement, A/B testing | Optional |
| Advertising and marketing | Measure campaigns, build audiences, and show relevant offers on our sites and others | Ad network pixels, social media pixels, retargeting tags | Optional |
| Media and embedded content | Play video and audio and display embedded third-party content | Video player and embedded social content cookies | Optional |
Cookies may be set by us (first party) or by service providers and partners (third party). Because our sites share one account system, a cookie on one of our sites may recognize you on another. Cookie names, providers, and durations change as we update our tools; our cookie settings panel lists the current cookies in each category.
3. How Long Cookies Last
Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay for a set period, generally from 30 days up to 13 months, unless you delete them sooner.
4. Your Choices
- Cookie settings. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies. You can change your choices at any time through the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of every page.
- Global Privacy Control. We treat a GPC signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising for that browser.
- Browser controls. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop login, checkout, and other core features from working.
- Advertising opt-outs. You can opt out of many interest-based ads through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), and your mobile device’s advertising settings.
- Email tracking. Our emails may include tracking pixels to measure opens and clicks. You can limit this by blocking images or unsubscribing.
- Do Not Track. There is no uniform standard for Do Not Track signals, so we do not respond to them other than GPC.
5. Sale, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Some advertising cookies may disclose information to third parties in a way that counts as “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” under state privacy laws. You can opt out through the Cookie Settings link and by following Section 4. See Section 9 of our Privacy Policy for your state privacy rights.
6. Third Parties
Third-party providers set their own cookies under their own privacy policies, and we do not control them. These include analytics, advertising, social media, video hosting, and payment providers.
7. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy as our technologies and laws change. We will post the revised policy with a new effective date.
